The Registrar has overall administrative responsibility for the Court’s Registry and all other departments that support the work of the Court. The Registrar also executes the strategic direction of the Court as guided by the President of the Industrial Court and is assisted by an Assistant Registrar and a Court Administrator. For the purposes of the Exchequer and Audit Act, the Registrar is designated the Accounting Officer of the Court.
