Remote Hearings Survey for Stakeholders

Dear Stakeholder,

The global coronavirus pandemic (known as Covid-19) has created a new paradigm in the way business is conducted both internationally and locally. On June 29, 2020, the Industrial Court of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago embarked upon remote hearings for Directions, Mention and Reports and Case Management, and you, the stakeholder, have been provided with the option to utilise remote hearings or to make a physical appearance at these sessions. Those who have utilised remote hearings, I thank you for your participation and support in this regard.

It is now over two months of these remote hearings and we value your feedback and opinion of your experience at the remote hearings thus far. In this regard, we are conducting a Survey to elicit from stakeholders their experience with and comments on the new interface. This feedback will provide us with the opportunity to fashion the technology and logistics of the remote side of our court and will assist to offer the best experience to you, the stakeholder.
