The Office of Economic and Industrial Research (OEIR) provides public access to view or obtain official copies of registered Collective Agreements.

  1. Submit Your Request

Contact or visit the OEIR to request the specific Collective Agreement/s you need:

  • In Person: Visit the OEIR on the 2nd Floor, Industrial Court Building, Corner Queen and St. Vincent Streets, Port of Spain
  • By Email: Send your inquiry directly to [email protected]. In your email include:
    • The Parties
    • The Bargaining Period; and/or
    • The Bargaining Unit
  1. Peruse or Request a Copy

Members of the public are welcome to peruse (review) Collective Agreements on-site free of charge or request printed copies.

Copies are available at $0.75 per page.

  1. Make Payment for Copies

Payment may be made by:

  • Cash; or
  • Certified Cheque (payable to The Registrar, Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago)
  1. Collect Your Copies

Once payment has been received, your printed copies will be prepared and made available for collection at the OEIR.
